Responsibilities • We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Enterprise Architect to lead strategic technology and security initiatives across the healthcare IT landscape. • Deep expertise in capability modelling, application architecture rationalization and generative AI technologies is required. • Individual will lead the architecture and engineering across internal tools and orchestrate integration across client ecosystem • The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning enterprise architecture with business and clinical objectives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.), and guiding the adoption of secure, scalable, and interoperable technology solutions. • Business Capability Modeling and Strategic Alignment • Application Architecture Rationalization • Technical EA Strategy and Integration • Enterprise Architecture Development • Healthcare Industry Expertise with HIPAA Compliance and Controls • Leadership and Governance Skills • Deep expertise in capability modelling, application architecture rationalization and generative AI technologies is required. • Individual will lead the architecture and engineering across internal tools and orchestrate integration across client ecosystem. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning enterprise architecture with business and clinical objectives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.), and guiding the adoption of secure, scalable, and interoperable technology solutions. • Extensive experience in capability modeling and aligning technology capabilities with business strategy. • Proven ability to rationalize application portfolios and provide roadmaps for modernization and optimization. • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. • Strong expertise in AWS, Azure (including Gen AI tools), and Google Cloud Platform, with experience in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures. • Solid understanding of cloud-native services, containerization, and microservices architectures. • Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry, designing architectures that address compliance, interoperability, and scalability. • Experience in large enterprises with complex IT environments and multiple business units. • Hands-on experience with modern application development, including APIs, integration platforms, and DevOps tools. • Familiarity with data management, analytics, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate tactical needs.
