The role involves translating client requests into actionable tasks for the development team and managing client relationships effectively.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day client communication — emails, Zooms, status updates, and scope conversationsTranslate client requests into Linear tickets with reproduction steps, context, priority, and acceptance criteriaRun weekly client check-ins and keep clients clear on where their project standsHandle light design and copy edits in Figma, Webflow, and similar tools without escalatingManage scope and timelines, including delivering clear answers on what's in and out of scopeSpot expansion opportunities and flag them for the Account Director and foundersSkills3–7 years in agency account management, client services, or a comparable client-facing operations roleDeeply organized — calendars, checklists, follow-ups, and clean inboxes are your default modeAbility to write well under pressureClear and warm client emails that never make a problem worseComfortable reading a Linear ticket and explaining it back to a client in plain EnglishAbility to do light design and copy work in Figma and WebflowUse of Claude or ChatGPT as part of daily workflowAbility to hold a Zoom with a CTO or CMO and be the calm, organized one in the roomCompany OverviewCraft Digital designs, builds, and operates custom AI infrastructure for PE-backed portfolio companies and growth-stage operators in the $10M to $200M revenue range.
