Responsibilities:
Ā Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
Ā Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed
Ā Troubleshoot product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
Ā Document all interactions and update customer records accurately
Ā Meet or exceed performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
Ā Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Ā Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ā Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Ā Proficiency in technology, including cloud-based software and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
Ā Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
