What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee a remote team navigating multiple technologies in a Call Center environment
Lead and manage a metrics-driven team while promoting business results
Coach team members on effective problem-solving and customer interactions
Resolve customer escalations and document account activities thoroughly
Empower teams to take ownership of customer interactions with respect and empathy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside within approximately 15 miles of the employer's specified community center
Safe and noise-free work environment in your residence
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience
5 or more years of direct management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
