Ecommerce Analyst

The Ecommerce Analyst will support the Digital Strategy & Analytics Manager by providing reporting, analysis, and strategy for Madewell’s ecommerce business, working collaboratively with various teams to optimize performance and insights.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage reports for the ecommerce business reflecting performance of website and app KPIs against trends and benchmarksActively monitor conversion funnel metrics, identify opportunities for conversion rate optimizationSupport work with technical teams for site tagging and implementation decisionsSupport with marketing channel forecasting and scenario planning to align KPIs with financial goalsProvide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders on marketing channel performanceDeliver performance recaps and insights for ecommerce events and promotionsSupport ad hoc data requests and analyses from cross-functional teams as it relates to driving the ecommerce business (ie. Loyalty, CRM, Site Merchandising)Skills0-3 years of experience in analytical role, experience in retail industry not requiredBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (ie.
