How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The DPS Delta Client Coordinator role provides subject matter expertise and support to the DPS team assigned to Delta Air Lines. The incumbent should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 Air Carrier Operations and the ability to manipulate and analyze data. This client support position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations.

Essential Functions/Tasks
• Provide operational support to DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations
• Serve as subject matter expert on DPS policies and procedures and provide support to instructors and Flight Operations Support personnel assigned to Delta Air Lines
• Manipulate and analyze data
• Create reports for DPS and Delta client leadership
• Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
• Partner with DPS Operations and Administrative teams to complete project tasks as assigned
• Review standard procedures and provide feedback
• Specific duties as assigned by DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Airline Flight Operations infrastructures
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to learn Delta/DPS software
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
• Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
• Problem Solving - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to produce work that is compliant and error-free while meeting established deadlines.
