Digital Marketing Specialist
Merchology is a leading eCommerce retailer specializing in B2B sales of co-branded merchandise. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support marketing campaigns through content creation and cross-channel execution to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of multi-channel communication plans with direction from Marketing Manager including lookbook launches, ongoing campaigns, and seasonal initiatives across email, websites, social, paid, and print channelsCreate compelling messaging and content primarily for email, website, social, paid, and print channels (ex. LinkedIn newsletters, online articles, email copy)Help coordinate marketing efforts and create content that supports customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with the Sales and Ecommerce teamsPartner closely with Product Strategy, Brand Activation, and Customer Success teams to develop communications materials to support cross-functional initiatives, including both broad marketing initiatives and targeted account-based effortsDevelop an understanding of the CRM lead lifecycle to support lead tracking, campaign coordination, and updates to marketing channels (ex.
