We offer fresh produce, dairy products, frozen foods, canned goods, and a large variety of snacks and juices as well as janitorial and food service supplies. Our many years of expertise and personal customer service sets us apart in our industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

· Receive all incoming customer calls quickly and in a pleasant and helpful manner

· Input all customer orders placed via phone, email or fax

· Maintain and update customer information in database

· Process payments by credit card, check, or check by phone

· Communicate constantly with co-workers and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma required

· 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary

· Enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and dedicated

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

· Superior time management and organizational abilities

-Must be a team player with a positive attitude

-Be willing to help with various other tasks assigned by your supervisor

-Will fill in for other coworkers when out for vacation or sickness

-Must pass a drug and background check prior to employment

COMPENSATION:

· Hourly wage based on experience

· Full-time employment
