Work days/Shift Hours ย Monday-Friday, 5 AM-1:30 PM
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.75 to $28.60 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose
Responsible for blending syrup and quality control according to company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
ย Prepare and handle raw materials and finished goods in compliance with quality standards and requirements.
ย Review production schedule for inventory and ordering of raw materials.
ย Rotate inventory as required.
ย Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements. - Maintain, store and dispose of water treatment chemicals.
ย Maintain a continuous mix/batch of syrup in accordance with quality standards.
Qualifications
ย High School diploma or equivalent.
ย Bachelorยs degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred
ย 1-3 year of general work experience required.
ย Prior food production operation experience preferred.
ย Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.
ย Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
