Working with some of the world’s leading brands, we're assembling a world-class global team across London, Lisbon and New York - and we're looking for our next Client Logistics Manager!About The Role As a Client Logistics Manager at Reachdesk, you will work directly with Reachdesk’s Enterprise Clients on how they can best structure their warehouse inventory to ensure items arrive at events efficiently, affordably, and securely. You will be responsible for defining and driving the best practices for how clients utilize Reachdesk’s global warehouses and work closely with Reachdesk’s Supply Chain team to validate that these practices are improving key KPIs. You will work directly under our Chief Customer Officer and learn how to fully own the procurement process through him. The ideal candidate is a structural thinker with a methodical approach to problem solving and a natural ability to convey complex topics to non-experts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and have a passion for startups and growing a business in a new market.Key responsibilities include the following:-Consult clients on how to organize their warehoused SKUs to minimize their overall platform spendManage how SKUs are organized in a client’s warehouse based on a client’s business needs and current contract termsIdentify when clients qualify for an upsell of additional SKUsDevelop best practices for how SKUs used for Events should be returned back to the warehouseWork directly with Reachdesk’s Supply Chain team to troubleshoot event issues and optimize best practicesWork directly with Reachdesk’s Onboarding team to ensure clients are ready to send items from warehouses to events within 2 months of contract signatureCapture client feedback on how Reachdesk can continue to stay best in class as an event logistics providerReview client’s event calendars to make sure clients are shipping items to the right locations on timeAbout You 2 years experience or more in a logistics roleExperience working with or working at a 3rd Party Logistics WarehouseA degree in Applied Mathematics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is idealExpertise using business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Zoho, Sisense, or PowerBI for both analyzing data and developing client facing dashboardsConfident presenting in front of clients and conveying concepts to non-expertsA natural ability to prioritize multiple streams of work across both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent verbal & written communication skillsAbout the Benefits Here are just some of the benefits!Competitive salary with generous stock options.Unlimited PTO.Hybrid working.401(k) matching program.Dental, audio, visual & life insurance.A super friendly working culture populated by fun and dedicated people.**We believe that a diverse team will help us achieve our mission sooner and we're actively seeking applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
