Job Description:
Principal Engineer - Data Science
Open to Tampa, FL, Irving, TX & Alpharetta, GA local only
12 months contact
Hybrid in office 1 day/week on Tue (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Targeted Years of Experience : 5-7 years
Experience with Big Data technologies and ecosystem, data modeling tools
Experience with Project / Process management
Experience writing technical documentation
Familiarity with core data concepts (e.g. data lakes, data warehousing) and experience building data catalogs/dictionaries with business glossaries
Familiarity with cloud / distributed computing and storage concepts and technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong process management
Design data models and schemas that can fit multiple business use cases leveraged by multiple core technical stacks
Define and implement data accuracy across product portfolio
