Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality legal representation. Key Responsibilities • Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents. • Handle probate administration and related court filings. • Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including hearings and trials. • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery. • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, effective communication. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in Florida. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in probate, estate planning, disputes and litigation. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
