Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst
PANOS Brands is a growing CPG company with a portfolio of better-for-you food brands, and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Accounts Receivable foundation who is looking to grow their skills in trade deductions, analytics, and cross-functional business support.ResponsibilitiesPost and apply cash receipts and support AR operationsManage and resolve customer trade deductionsAnalyze deductions, identify trends, and root causesPartner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close and reconciliationsAssist with process improvements and special projectsSkills1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience (CPG a plus)Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)Understanding of debits & creditsExperience with trade deductions and customer portalsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAssociate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or BusinessCompany OverviewA Rochelle Park, N.J.-based maker and marketer of natural and specialty food products It was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
