About Theia Real Estate Theia Real Estate is a fast-growing, boutique real estate platform focused on curated property investments, fractional ownership, and end-to-end deal execution. We work closely with brokers, investors, and property owners to unlock high-quality opportunities across Jaipur and beyond. Key Responsibilities 1. Deal Sourcing & Broker Management Source high-quality property deals through an active broker network Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers Continuously expand Theia’s broker ecosystem 2. Owner Coordination & Lead Management Connect with property owners looking to sell Understand property details and onboard them into the system Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships 3. Deal & Property Documentation Design and create professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks Draft and manage property-related documents and deal material Ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and client-ready 4. Inventory Management Take ownership of Theia’s property inventory database Track listings, land details, pricing, and availability status Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools 5. Operational Support Assist in streamlining internal workflows Coordinate between brokers, owners, and internal teams Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships Why Join Us?
