As part of Hostinger's APteam, you'll be responsible for smooth financial operations, ensuring expenses are tracked, invoices are processed, and payments are made with precision. Your sharp eye will catch the smallest discrepancies, and your problem-solving skills will keep everything running seamlessly. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the AP team to tackle daily financial tasks, partner with teams across the company to optimize purchasing and bring your expertise to strategic projects with the AP team lead.Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Monika Gasevičiūtė, Accounts payable team lead, or Viktorija Dzenkauskienė, Head of accounting Your day-to-day Process and verify invoices for multiple entities to ensure accurate and timely entries.Manage and track open cases, including missing invoices and debt applications.Prepare payment data and manage month-end close procedures, such as accruals and interest calculations.Handle fixed asset processing, depreciation, asset movements, and inventory controls.Perform bank entry controls to verify transaction accuracy.Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support audit activities by providing required documentation and resolving queries.Prepare accounting data for statistical analysis and various internal expense reports to support further financial reporting.Assist the AP team lead with various ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives. Your skills and experience Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and automated systems.Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.Motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English skills.
