Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Remote Service Technician at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and performing mechanical services on our products. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per day, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Tampa, USA. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on product equipment according to company standards Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with product equipment Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on product equipment, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective appearance Provide exceptional customer service, working as a team player and creating customer-focused organizations Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize technical skills to repair and maintain product equipment Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical services Familiarity with product equipment and software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
