[Remote] Sr. Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) to manage multiple IT and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining communication between teams and clients.ResponsibilitiesDirect multiple active customer-focused IT and infrastructure engagements at the same time, guiding each project from planning through final completionPartner with technical program managers, engineers, field personnel, and client representatives to keep workstreams aligned and moving forwardOversee delivery across a range of initiatives such as server modernization efforts, operating system refreshes, wireless improvement projects, structured cabling work, security and firewall implementations, hardware retirement activities, and office or site movesBuild and maintain detailed timelines, monitor milestones, track budgets, manage project risks, and provide consistent progress updates to stakeholdersDrive projects to successful outcomes by balancing scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations in a high-volume delivery settingTransition quickly between new assignments and adjust leadership style based on project size, pace, and complexityServe as the central point of communication between internal delivery teams and external customers to resolve issues and reinforce accountabilityContribute to the refinement of delivery practices, project documentation, and operating standards to support ongoing process improvementRepresent the organization with confidence and a detail-oriented approach in meetings, presentations, and other customer-facing interactionsSkills10+ years of experience leading IT project management engagements, preferably in infrastructure-focused environmentsProven ability to manage several concurrent projects with competing deadlines and shifting prioritiesPMP Certification is requiredStrong background in client-facing project leadership, including status reporting, risk management, and financial oversightExperience using Smartsheet and other project tracking tools to manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverablesDemonstrated knowledge of infrastructure and technology projects such as migrations, upgrades, security initiatives, and site transitionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and executive audiencesBenefitsBenefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.Company OverviewRobert Half provides staffing, recruiting, finance, and accounting services.
