Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to support the day-to-day activities of client marketing programs, ensuring client objectives are achieved and timelines are met.ResponsibilitiesBuild rapport and credibility with client based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to client needs and flawless executionCollaborate with creative, project management, production to develop solutions for clientServe as creative and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client marketing projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedulesDevelop and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, and other supporting materialsReview all documents and creative work prior to submitting to client for reviewKeep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutionsOrganize client presentations, meetings and conference calls, and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reportsSkills1-3 years of advertising or related marketing experience, with agency experience preferredKnowledge and experience executing across 360 and integrated campaign tacticsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish workStrong attention to detail, organization, and professionalismAbility to effectively managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneouslyCompany OverviewVML is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce, to create connected brands that drive growth.
