Visual Designer - REMOTE

Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that design aligns seamlessly with performance marketing strategies and enhances user interactions. Accountabilities • Design and manage Webflow-based websites and landing pages, ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO alignment. • Develop style guides, component libraries, and responsive frameworks for consistent brand execution. • Collaborate with content, SEO, and growth teams to align visuals with B2B performance marketing and organic search goals. • Create UI/UX assets that reflect brand identity while enhancing usability and engagement. • Integrate front-end designs with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Termly, analytics platforms). • Design across marketing endpoints, including social media, PR campaigns, and event experiences (digital and in-person). • Support brand storytelling through motion graphics, interactive demos, and tradeshow visuals. • Use analytics tools to measure and optimize visual performance. • Stay current on AI-assisted design tools, Webflow innovations, and digital marketing trends. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in brand, visual, or digital design (B2B preferred). • Advanced Webflow proficiency, including custom code, structure optimization, and CMS setup. • Understanding of front-end development for seamless design-to-code collaboration. • Experience integrating HubSpot, Termly, and similar tools. • Solid grasp of SEO principles—indexing, semantic HTML, discoverability, and adaptive content. • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and accessibility standards. • Skilled in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling. • Experience in industrial or emerging tech industries is a plus. • Familiarity with CAD renderings or interactive 3D tools for event/tradeshow experiences.
