What Youll Do:
Receive and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adapt to new challenges and changes with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.
Who You Are:
A great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Customer-focused with a natural ability to empathize and solve problems.
Reliable and able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
Able to type at least 40wpm and take notes while keeping up a conversation.
Work Space Requirements:
A quiet and dedicated workspace that allows for focused productivity.
Alternative care for children under the age of 6
A reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
A noise-cancelling USB headset for clear communication during calls.
