Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and handling inquiries.
Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of human resources.
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous HR internship or administrative experience is a plus.
