• Photo & Media Maestro: Schedule professional photographers, videographers, and 3D tour experts. Oversee the shoot, select the best shots, and make sure each image sparkles across MLS and social media.
• Showtime Coordinator: Juggle showing schedules, lockbox codes, and open-house logistics. Confirm appointments, gather feedback, and keep sellers feeling informed and confident.
• Marketing Dynamo: Write catchy listing descriptions, launch targeted online ads and social-media campaigns, and collaborate on eye-catching print materials that get buyers excited.
