Remote Full-time
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Massachusetts (USA)

WHO WE ARE:

At Harvey Performance Company, we're more than a team; we're a community. Our thriving, dynamic, and rapidly expanding organization values community, celebrates success, and fosters personal and professional growth opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a full stack Web Developer role working across our internal applications, brand websites, and customer-facing tools. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team that owns everything from front-end experience to back-end logic, with work that directly impacts how customers interact with our products online.

This is a full stack Web Developer role working across our internal applications and customer-facing websites. You’ll be part of a small team that owns both front-end and back-end work, with a mix of building new features and improving what’s already in place.

The work isn’t siloed. Some days you’re focused on UI and front-end development, other times you’re working through backend logic or database queries. You’ll be expected to take projects, move them forward, and make progress without needing constant direction.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Build and maintain web applications and company websites using C#, .NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js)
• Work across the full stack, moving between front-end development and backend services based on project needs
• Support and enhance CMS-driven websites, including ongoing work in Episerver (Optimizely)
• Contribute to the migration of legacy applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core
• Develop and maintain Razor (cshtml) views combining server-side and front-end logic
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality and reporting needs
• Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and other internal teams to deliver new features and improvements
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and improve performance across web and mobile platforms
• Take ownership of projects, move them forward, and bring solutions rather than waiting for direction
• Work within a lightweight, loosely structured development process using tools like Jira and Bitbucket

YOU'LL BRING:
• 5 to 10 years of experience in web or full stack development
• Strong experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, preferably Vue.js or willingness to learn it
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS
• Hands-on experience with Razor (cshtml) or similar templating approaches
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write queries
• Experience building or supporting CMS-driven websites
• Comfort working across both front-end and backend systems
• Ability to take a project, run with it, and make progress without constant oversight
• Experience working with version control systems like Git (Bitbucket or similar)

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with Episerver (Optimizely) CMS
• Familiarity with Angular
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with mobile app deployment (iOS or Android)
• Knowledge of Node.js or related front-end tooling
• Exposure to technologies like C++ or Qt.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK:

This is a remote position. We’re open to candidates located in New England, Florida, Idaho, or Ohio.

You’ll work East Coast hours and collaborate with a team that’s spread across multiple locations, with occasional opportunities to connect in person if you’re near one of our sites.

WHAT HARVEY PROVIDES:
• A fun, rapid-growing environment where new opportunities are regularly made available.
• Opportunities for training and development, including tuition reimbursement.
• A comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k match program, along with profit sharing.

The pay range for this position is $95k - $125k annually. This range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range will depend on their skills, background, and performance.
