[Remote] Deltek Costpoint Materials Management Consultant

Premier Consulting & Integration is seeking a Deltek Costpoint Materials Management Consultant to provide expertise in Deltek's Costpoint accounting software. The role involves consulting on various engagements, offering technical support, and managing system processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with relevant standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall system subject matter expertise, planning and managing special projects, and assisting with daily production tasksMonitor and maintain the Costpoint applications, interfaces and processes to ensure maximum efficiency, performance and accuracyProvide technical support to system users and functional subject matter experts; contribute to developing and leading subject matter expert teamsGather and analyze user requirements, translate functional requirements into specificationsDesign, development, and maintenance of new enterprise-wide business process models involving Costpoint; identify and implement improvements to existing processesCreate test plans and perform full regression testing in the path to production environments for new functionality, bug fixes and upgrades to ensure proper performance and behaviorMonitor and ensure the successful completion of scheduled Process Management jobs for daily, weekly and month-end closing activities in the systemPrepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, specs, process flow documentation, and proceduresProvide expertise and assistance to ensure that all processes are designed to meet SOX, audit and role security requirementsExperience in training end users and running daily operationsSkillsBachelor's DegreeExperience in system implementation and/or system maintenance and support is requiredStrong understanding of business processes in supply chain managementStrong understanding of Inventory, Sales Orders, MES and MRPProficient working knowledge of SQLBachelor's degree and/or 8+ years of professional experience, including proven technical proficiency with Costpoint Materials Management core modulesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management skillsDemonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work as a team member or as an individual contributorMust have strong customer service orientation; be able to maintain a professional demeanor, and work under pressure to manage critical issues in a timely mannerSolid reputation in the marketplaceEffectively sets and meets client expectationsCompany OverviewWe Make Your Business Operations Comfortable.
