About the position Responsibilities • Participate in online focus groups and research trials. • Complete micro tasks and data entry assignments. • Engage in product testing and opinion panels. • Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and on time. Requirements • Must be a current USA resident. • Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish is a plus. • Must have a stable internet connection. • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks. • Data entry skills with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful but not mandatory. Nice-to-haves • Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support is helpful but not mandatory.
