The position is 100% remote. The position starts at $18 per hour with increases up to $22 per hour based on time with the company.
Responsibilities Include Supporting the Sales Team Through:
Ā Setting up appointments
Ā Scheduling batch emails to prospective clients
Ā Responding to emails
Ā Sending following up emails to clients and prospects
Ā Reviewing and creating outreach lists in Excel
Ā Other support as needed
Ā Note that the role DOES NOT include any "cold calling"
Qualifications:
Ā Prior experience as a virtual assistant or sales assistant
Ā Experience working with Excel to process data
Ā Enjoys working with Excel to process data
Ā Excellent written English skills
Ā Are consistently available for 15 to 30 hours per week
Ā Looking to be in a role like this for at least the next 2-3 years
Ā Willing to learn
Ā Enjoys reading
