Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
Offer companionship and emotional support
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client rights
Follow Care Plans and deliver personal care services
Complete visit documentation and time sheets
Communicate client care needs and changes
Coordinate with agency staff for effective care delivery
Requirements:
Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification (Required)
2+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred
Ability to lift, transfer patients, and perform physical tasks
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals
California Driver's License (Required)
Ability to work weekends and US holidays
Relocate to Los Angeles, CA before starting work
