**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Banking Support**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Description** As a Remote Banking Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients as they navigate the world of rewards and travel booking. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products, tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments.
