Role Summary
The Traveler Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams.
This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
Works Closely With
Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay, stipends, deductions, and pay statements
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams
Perform payroll and billing corrections while managing critical deadlines
Support recruiting teams by preparing submission-ready resumes and ensuring candidate profiles meet client requirements
Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Manage inbound communication across chat, phone, and messaging platforms
Provide professional, empathetic support and de-escalate sensitive situations when needed
Assist with lead engagement efforts and route qualified candidates to recruiting teams
Maintain accurate documentation across systems and ensure compliance standards are met
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall traveler experience

Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries
Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, or recruiting operations
Experience with UKG, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms
