About the Role I’m a brand strategist, podcast host, and founder in the women’s empowerment and identity leadership space. My mission is to help women reclaim their voice, rise into their becoming, and live a life anchored in depth, legacy, and truth. I’m looking for a long-term creative partner who can help scale my content ecosystem as I grow into 2026. This role combines podcast editing, social media repurposing, SEO/AEO/GEO content creation, and funnel strategy with an emphasis on brand voice, storytelling, and consistency. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS & MONTHLY DELIVERABLES You will manage and repurpose weekly podcast episodes into a full content system. Podcast Editing + Repurposing (Weekly) • Edit 1 podcast episode per week • Extract 5–10 short-form clips (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) • Pull key quotes, hooks, and moments • Transform each episode into: – Social media captions – Quote graphics – Video clips – SEO/AEO-optimized blog post – GEO-relevant content when applicable Social Media Management (Weekly/Monthly) • Create reels, graphics, carousels, and text overlays • Write captions aligned with my brand voice (bold, elevated, legacy-driven) • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar • Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and bolthires • Track analytics + provide monthly insights SEO / AEO / GEO Content Strategy • Write blogs optimized for search discoverability • Apply AEO structures (answer-based, conversational, authority-driven) • Use GEO targeting when useful for audience reach or retreat visibility • Create metadata: titles, alt-text, tags, keyword-rich descriptions Funnel Creation + Lead Generation • Build opt-ins, landing pages, nurture sequences • Recommend lead magnets based on content • Set up simple funnels that convert • Monitor data + suggest improvements REQUIRED SKILLS You must demonstrate strong experience in: • Podcast editing • Social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) • Content strategy + repurposing • SEO writing (AEO + keyword structure) • Understanding of GEO optimization • Email marketing + funnel flow creation • Strong English writing + brand voice alignment Bonus skills: • Canva or Adobe Express • ConvertKit / Kajabi / Flodesk / FG Funnels • bolthires optimization • Blog writing or ghostwriting HOW I LIKE TO WORK • I value clear communication, proactive updates, and honesty. • I prefer a freelancer who takes initiative, brings ideas, and recommends improvements. • I work best with someone who is organized, consistent, and detail-oriented. • I appreciate individuals who can match my brand voice with emotional intelligence and depth. • We will collaborate inside a shared project workspace (Notion, bolthires Drive, or a system you recommend). • Weekly deliverables are expected on schedule with room for collaboration as we refine the process.
