? Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
? Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
? References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
? Additional Skill Med Surg Experience.
? Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past two years.
? Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
? Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
