Investment Portfolio Manager
Key Responsibilities
A Financial Consultant at Pinnacle Bank should demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service. This position will be responsible for building and managing investment portfolios, serving as an advisor to clients, and providing effective financial advice and counsel consistent with the client's objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
Ā Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone, responding to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolving client issues.
Ā Balance new client development, sales activities, investment management, client service, and compliance with a personal and professional attitude.
Ā Meet production targets that impact overall company revenue goals.
Ā Manage full scope of client relationship by evaluating client financial needs, investment opportunities, current holdings, and available investment capital, and helping them identify their investment objectives.
Ā Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence, and developing niches.
Ā Recommend investment products, solutions, and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on predetermined client needs, time horizons, risk profile, and preferences.
Ā Seek expertise of internal resources to identify investment opportunities and solutions for clients.
Ā Open, transfer, and close client accounts and maintain appropriate account records.
Ā Monitor the client's portfolio and make recommendations consistent with changes in economic and financial conditions as well as the client's needs and objectives, taking newly offered investments into consideration.
Ā Obtain and verify the client's purchase and sale instructions, enter orders, and follow up on completion of transactions.
Ā Complete required program training and assignments, obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes, mastering assessments, and meeting minimum performance and production standards.
Ā Explain the organization, participant, and function of various securities markets and the principal factors that affect them.
Ā Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas as appropriate.
Ā Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
Ā Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
