Job Summary: CommandTec, LLC has a requirement for an OPI Test Scheduler supporting a federal government customer. The OPI Test Scheduler coordinates and schedules Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) testing sessions to support mission-critical language testing operations. This position manages high-volume scheduling activities, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures testing requirements and deadlines are met. The OPI Test Scheduler maintains accurate records, resolves scheduling conflicts, and supports reporting activities to ensure efficient and compliant testing operations. ? Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule OPI testing sessions across multiple stakeholders Manage high-volume scheduling calendars and testing resources Communicate with students, instructors, and test examiners Track testing requirements and ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate scheduling records and audit-ready documentation Resolve scheduling conflicts and support surge testing operations Generate reports and support data management requirements Maintain and update scheduling systems to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility of testing sessions Coordinate availability of examiners, facilities, and resources to support scheduled testing operations Manage rescheduling requests and cancellations while minimizing operational disruptions Ensure scheduling activities comply with established procedures and testing requirements Provide timely support and guidance to stakeholders regarding scheduling processes and requirements Track scheduling metrics and support reporting related to testing volume and operational performance Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned
