This role acts as a vital link between sales and IT, focusing on Salesforce support, reporting, and process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and data integrity.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for Salesforce Revenue Cloud requests across Direct, Channel, Educational, and Compliance Sales teamsBuild and maintain scalable reports and dashboards aligned to Mastercam pipeline and forecast tracking standardsTroubleshoot data integrity issues across opportunities, accounts, and quoting workflows, partnering with Digital Systems as neededContinuously improve workflows and data quality to support accurate reporting and downstream financial alignmentDevelop and maintain Salesforce and Power BI dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and executive KPI reportingDeliver actionable insights on bookings, pipeline health, forecast gaps, and performance trends across global sales teamsImplement and enforce standardized reporting definitions (pipeline, forecast, revenue, etc.) to ensure alignment across Sales, Finance, and OperationsSupport recurring reporting cadences (weekly pipeline calls, forecast reviews, leadership updates) with reliable, consistent dataTranslate business requirements from Sales Ops, Commercial leadership, and Channel teams into clear technical specifications for Digital SystemsPartner closely with Digital Systems on Salesforce enhancements, prioritization, and release planning related to Revenue CloudTriage, prioritize, and escalate complex system or reporting requests while balancing cross-functional dependenciesIdentify inefficiencies across quoting, order flow, and reporting processes, then implement related automation and system-driven solutionsReduce manual effort through improved Salesforce configuration, validation rules, and workflow automationSupport ongoing optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud post-launch to improve usability and adoptionEnable sales users in Salesforce, specifically reporting tools and standardized processes (opportunity management, forecasting, quoting)Develop and maintain clear SOPs, job aids, and documentation aligned to Sales Ops standardsEnable self-service reporting by designing intuitive dashboards and educating users on how to interpret key metricsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered3–5+ years of Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Systems, Reporting, or related experienceAdvanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard experiencePower BI dashboard development and data visualization experienceExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancementsStrong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practicesAbility to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teamsAbove average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand mannerProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as calculator, telephone systems, company network and familiarity with CRM toolsProven time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment successfully supporting othersWell-organized, attention to detail and able to multi-taskProblem solving and analysis skillsSalesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business AnalystExperience with Power BI data modeling and DAXExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuiteExperience supporting global sales organizationsCompany OverviewMastercam - den världsledande leverantören av CAD/CAM.
