Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Comfortable using digital tools and navigating multiple systems
Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Must be a U.S. resident
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with billing questions, account changes, disputes, and card replacements
Provide accurate information and personalized solutions to each customer
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support various customer needs
Meet performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
