We’re therapist-founded, therapist-led, and growing with purpose across the country. As we expand our telehealth services, we're seeking an experienced, motivated PRN Telehealth Physical Therapist licensed in PA to join our remote team and help elevate care across the state.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide virtual evaluations and re-assessments tailored to patient needs
• Implement engaging treatment plans focused on functional mobility and independence
• Lead interactive, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions
• Guide and educate patients and caregivers remotely
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation via EMR
• Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and healthcare partners
This Role is Perfect for a PT Who:
• Thrives in a remote care model and enjoys using technology to connect
• Wants flexibility, autonomy, and purpose-driven work
• Is licensed in Pennsylvania (or has a compact license) and open to obtaining additional licenses
• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in telehealth preferred
• Enjoys empowering patients, especially in underserved or rural communities
