Technical Support Representative - Hybrid
Our client in South Burlington, VT is seeking technical support representatives to join their team. As a technical support representative, you will assist with the service of outdoor power equipment such as generators, lawn mowers, power tools etc. This position requires 3 weeks of onsite paid training and then becomes hybrid once you are proficient.

Pay Range: 17.00 an hour plus 25% of everything you sell
What's the Job?
- Explain machine warranties and apply it to each customers needs
- Upsell products and warranties
- Notify technical issues to management as needed
- Enter a service track after each call
- Actively listen and ask questions
What's Needed?
- Customer Service or mechanical experience or training
- Basic computer skills and typing skills
- Ability to learn all mechanical aspects of the job
- Communicate clearly and evaluate problems as they arise
- Be dependable
