The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
?Provide leadership and direction to a team of Technical Program Manager supporting the Foundations organization, ensuring each individual is aligned to business critical product pillar work supporting the product launches.
?Partner with cross-functional leadership to design, implement, and drive organization level processes to enable program health and progress (e.g., project intake, capacity planning, OpEx, Annual Planning, OKRs, roadmap alignments).
?Partner with the Engineering and Product Director to drive communications strategies to enable information flow, community, and a sense of belonging across the organization.
