As a Tech Lead Engineer, you are senior member of the team who is responsible for ensuring the quality, architectural integrity, and technical health of one or more applications. You will take leadership over different technical projects, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy in partnership with seasoned engineers, build and oversee technical debt backlog and promote continuous improvement over Elite’s SDLC and DevOps.
This position requires deep expertise in data platforms, AI-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions, along with a relentless drive for technical excellence, scalability, and innovation in modern data engineering and AI workflows. You will play a critical role in shaping our next-generation Data & AI platform, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure’s data ecosystem to enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence at scale.
What You’ll Do:

Lead technical direction, architecture design, and code reviews while ensuring alignment with company goals, best practices, and timelines.
Write high-quality, efficient, and scalable code, solve complex engineering problems, and ensure adherence to best practices through thorough code reviews.
Drive end-to-end execution of technical projects, managing risks, optimizing performance, and ensuring timely, within-scope delivery.
Design and implement scalable system architectures, monitor key performance metrics, and optimize costs for SaaS solutions.
Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system efficiency, innovation, and long-term strategy.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture, mentor junior engineers, and promote continuous learning.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and quality standards.

What You’ll Need:

10+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a technical lead role, with expertise in building complex business applications and scalable data platforms.
Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Stack, including C#/.NET Core, Angular, and Azure, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake for data engineering.
Deep expertise in Data Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, designing real-time and batch data pipelines, integrating Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Fabric AI workloads.
Strong experience in Data Warehousing & Optimization, managing Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse, Synapse Analytics, and Snowflake, with a focus on data modeling, SQL performance, and governance.
Hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps, leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, Pulumi, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and scalability.
Expertise in API & Data Integration, developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and OData services to enable seamless data access and interoperability across platforms.
Strong knowledge of Real-Time & Event-Driven Architectures, optimizing low-latency data processing with Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, and OpenTelemetry monitoring.
Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills, mentoring engineers, fostering innovation, and driving collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business objectives for platform success.
