[Remote] Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet customer objectives and expectations.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the customer to gather and analyze project requirementsDesign, implement, and deploy a solution for small- to medium-sized projects that incorporates out-of-the-box Laserfiche software and functionalityInstall, configure, and license software necessary for the implementationProvide weekly status meetings and demos to keep the customer informed on project progress and report/discuss any obstaclesComplete technical documentation for each project includes System Documentation, End User Documentation, and a Test PlanProvide troubleshooting, training and support for the customer during end-user testing and the post-deployment phaseManage small-scale LFC projects, ensuring adherence to PM methodologyCreate a project management plan that includes timeline, communication plan, and team tasksMonitor and report on project status and budgetConduct project closeout and complete a project retrospectiveProvide implementation backup to other Solutions Engineers as neededParticipate in knowledge exchange at forums and other department meetingsProvide product feedback and supportReview and test new Laserfiche releases to discover bugs and potential enhancements proactivelyProvide feedback on current LFC processes and participate in department retrospectivesSkillsAbility to work independently and take initiative during the project life cycleStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environmentsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and take responsibility for timely completion of tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree required, software engineering or technology degree preferred1 year of relevant work experienceKnowledge of C#, JavaScript and SQL is a plusBenefits15 Days of Vacation3 Floating Holidays2 Paid Volunteer Days9 Paid HolidaysHybrid Work EnvironmentFree Parking: covered and EV charging stationsVarious 401 (k) Investment Options and Generous Company MatchHMO and PPO Medical Care Options (Employees are fully covered under HMO)Company OverviewLaserfiche is the world's largest private Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software development company.
