ABOUT THE JOBZeno Canada is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to join our collaborative, caring, and high-performing Talent team. This role supports a wide array of Human Resources functions, working closely with the VP, Talent and cross-functional partners including finance, payroll, and benefits.The Talent Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries and connecting them to resources and information. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting new hire onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, and maintaining data accuracy across HR systems, along with contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives.We’re a client services firm and for the Talent team, our employees are the most important client. In this role, you'll be a go-to resource — someone people turn to for guidance, clarity, and thoughtful solutions.
