Key Responsibilities:
Patrol school facilities to maintain a safe and secure environment
Assist in enforcing school rules and regulations
Provide support with crowd supervision at spectator events
Utilize protocols to de-escalate situations and ensure student safety
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services providers
Provide first aid and support with school site drills and emergency procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Current New Mexico driver's license required
Previous experience as a security officer and/or law enforcement officer required
Certification in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Standard Response Protocol (SRP), NIMS, ICS, and/or CPR preferred
