Our faculty, staff, and student employees are highly valued for their contribution toward the Miami experience. **Job Summary** As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure. You will also serve as a first responder to accidents within the building, providing essential support and assistance.
