As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will own the corporate financial forecast model and provide strategic insights to drive clinic-level performance, collaborating closely with executive leadership.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the newly developed internal corporate financial forecast modelYou will update clinic-level and corporate forecasts monthly, performing deep-dive comparisons of actuals vs. budget to identify trends and variancesAct as the lead for our clinical footprintYou will collaborate across teams to maintain financials, enhance profitability models, and provide actionable performance analysis for each locationAssist the CFO and Controller with the monthly close processYou will ensure the transition from "closing the books" to "analyzing the data" is seamless, helping to produce high-level monthly financial packagesMaintain and refresh the A/R model monthlyYou will partner with the CFO and the Revenue Cycle Management team to support revenue calculations and ensure our cash flow is accuratePartner with the Chief of Staff on the operational side of the businessThis includes managing monthly inventory financials and coordinating with vendors to optimize spend and supply chain efficiencyAs our forecasting function is in its early stages, you will have the autonomy to build, refine, and automate processes to improve financial visibility across the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Accounting, FP&A, or a hybrid Accounting/Finance roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills - you should be comfortable building and auditing complex financial modelsAbility to not just report the 'what,' but explain the 'why' behind the numbersStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data to executive leadershipBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Company HolidaysCompany-Paid Life InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Career Growth & Development OpportunitiesCompany OverviewMetro Vein Centers offers varicose vein treatment that includes vascular surgery, radiofrequency ablation and laser treatment services.
