Staff Accountant (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to transform their Accounting and Finance functions by driving process efficiency, automating tasks, and improving delivery speed, with responsibilities including month-end close tasks and financial statement analysis. Responsibilities Responsible for the accounting functions related to your products Perform month-end close tasks and prepare financial statement analysis Prepare bank and general ledger account reconciliations Review and analyze general ledger transactions and accounts, using technical judgment to ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded Update accounting processes and procedures while making best use of automation tools Assist internal and external auditors in the timely resolution of audit requests and questions Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the functional area Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities Skills BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance 0-2 years of professional accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Ability to conceptualize complex business issues and prepare relevant analysis Proficient in Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks from various stakeholders Capable of taking initiative, working independently, and focusing on improving processes and finding value-added solutions Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with all levels, and willing to pitch in or work overtime during peak periods CPA Experience with Workday Finance Financial services industry experience Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits 401(k) matching plus a roth option (U.S. Based employees only) PTO & paid holidays off Sabbatical program (for eligible roles) Summer hours (for eligible roles) Paid parental leave DEI groups (B.L.A.C.K. @ Enova, HOLA @ Enova, Women @ Enova, Pride @ Enova, South Asians @ Enova, APEX @ Enova, and Parents @ Enova) Employee recognition and rewards program Charitable matching and a paid volunteer day…Plus so much more!
