Sr Engineering Manager Remote

Accountabilities
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Champion technical excellence by setting high standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership with code reviews and architecture guidance.
• Drive projects from inception to completion.
• Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction.
• Attract, hire, and nurture top engineering talent.
• Collaborate across departments for alignment on goals.
• Balance immediate problem-solving with long-term strategy.
• Manage product roadmap in partnership with product management.
Requirements
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in scalable and distributed systems design.
• Hands-on experience in high-scale data streaming system development.
• Background in deploying software in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to mentor high-performing engineers through all development stages.
• Experience leading remote teams in Agile environments.
• Confidence in customer interaction and troubleshooting.
• Established engineering practices and processes.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 10+ years in the industry.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
