Squarespace Landing Page Designer for Event Website (One-Page Build with Light UX Flow)

We are an event production company seeking an experienced Squarespace web designer to build a single long-scrolling event landing page for a high-profile two-day conference. This page will serve as the central hub for all event details and may include a light two-step guest experience (request invitation → approved guests receive booking access). The client’s core website is currently built in Webflow, so the completed Squarespace page will need to be linked from the Webflow site’s navigation menu. We already have strong inspiration, copy, and event structure. We need a designer who can execute a polished, modern, clean one-page layout and collaborate with us on small UX decisions. What You’ll Build A single long-scrolling Squarespace page that includes: Event overview and schedule Speaker highlights Venue / hotel information Booking instructions Ability to integrate a ticket purchase or hotel booking module Two-step flow: Request Invitation (simple form) If approved → guest receives link to secondary private booking page All copy direction will be provided, but we want someone who can tighten text, write callouts, and make smart UX suggestions where helpful. Responsibilities Design and build a polished long-scroll Squarespace landing page using our inspiration website as the creative guide Ensure smooth integration between Squarespace and the existing Webflow site (linked via the main menu) Implement booking functionality (through Squarespace tools or embedded forms) Create a simple “Request Invitation” form and secondary hidden/locked page for approved guests Apply event brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout style) Recommend and refine copy where beneficial Ensure mobile responsiveness across all breakpoints Provide minor revisions following internal review Ideal Candidate Strong portfolio of Squarespace landing pages or event-style sites Comfortable working from a creative reference/inspiration site Understanding of UX for event funnels, including private or gated content Ability to write light supporting copy and refine client-provided text Experience with embedded forms, password-protected pages, and simple user flows Responsive, collaborative, and able to move quickly Deliverables Fully built, mobile-responsive long-scroll Squarespace event page with Secondary gated booking page for approved guests Connected Request-Invitation form Revisions until final approval Basic documentation handoff for future updates Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
