Job Overview

Foundever® is seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for CPS Energy! Fluency in both languages is essential as you will be assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and sharing product information to ensure satisfaction. You’ll document interactions, escalate unresolved matters, and embody the CPS brand with empathy. Join us and help make a meaningful impact!

What We Are Looking For
• Must legally be able to work in the US and reside in Texas
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends
• Must pass a background check and drug-screen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
• Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability
• Document interactions, escalate issues, and represent the CPS brand with empathy to enhance customer experiences.
• Clearly explain complex topics to encourage customers to use our products or services while meeting performance goals.

Home Setup Requirements
• A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 10.0 Mbps upload speed
• A quiet, distraction-free space is essential
