About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Midlevel Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing nationwide telehealth practice. This fully remote role focuses on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and regenerative medicine, serving patients across multiple states. Providers with multi-state or 50-state licensure are strongly preferred, but not required. Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth consultations (video, phone, and asynchronous) • Evaluate and manage patients for: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT); Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT); Peptide therapy; GLP-1 weight loss medications • Review labs, medical history, and contraindications • Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice and state laws • Provide patient education on treatment plans, risks, and benefits • Document encounters accurately in the EHR • Follow established clinical protocols and compliance guidelines • Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff as needed Qualifications • Active NP or PA license in good standing • Multi-state licensure preferred (50-state licensure highly desirable) • 2+ years of clinical experience • Direct experience with HRT, TRT, peptides, and GLP-1 medications required • Telehealth experience strongly preferred • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and secure workspace Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
