Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and support records
Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex issues
Follow communication scripts and customer service protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital environment
Dependable internet connection and quiet workspace
